Off Market Inventory

This inventory is known to our group through engagement with the community and our daily efforts to locate future homes that will be available for purchase.  These homes are not currently listed for sale and do not have an established sales price.  We are happy to communicate further and immediately with the current home owner to establish price and timing if you see anything that may fit your home needs.

At any given time there are 5 homes coming up for sale to every 1 seen online or in any multiple listing service.  A home must be listed to see online.  Our relationships and network are not listed.  Give us a call or text if you would like to learn more about how we find homes for our committed clients.
