There are three steps I always go through with first-time homebuyers to ensure that the transaction is seamless. I’d like to go over these steps with you, today.

 

1. The buyer’s consult. This process will typically entail a 20- to 30-minute meeting where we discuss what you’re looking for and what value you’re seeking to find in a home. We want to help you establish a plan to find your perfect home.
   
   

2. The introduction to a lending partner. This will help buyers understand the financial side of the transaction. The lending partner will cover what the buyer needs to know about the down payment, mortgage, taxes, insurance, and more.
   
   

3. The home search. This is where the fun begins. We set up showings, look online, and drive through neighborhoods to find the best home for the buyer’s needs.
